Are you interested in "getting connected" at Hillside? We think that’s great, and we want to get connected with you as well. One of the best ways to get to know other people and to get to know our church better is by coming out to a free special lunch. It’s called our Newcomer’s Lunch and it happens on 3-4 Sundays throughout the year. It’s a great opportunity to meet our staff, our church leadership team and hear a brief orientation to the church. Ask any questions you might have and just have fun meeting other people just like yourself.
Another great way to get connected is to get involved in one of the many home groups within the church. These are groups of 4-12 people that meet on a regular basis to focus on a wide variety of special interests. They range from Bible Study or prayer groups, and all kinds in between. It’s a great chance to get connected with a group of people just like yourself who you’ll see every week.
You could also get connected by volunteering in one or more of the many ministries already in action. There are lots of opportunities in a wide range of areas.
